Legacy Services

“No one goes on, but what we leave behind keeps us alive for someone else.”

– Adam Silvera

One of the many services I offer is a very special kind of companionship to the dying person, during which I work on getting to know them deeply and fully as they wish to be seen and known.

I do this through heart-led listening, and through legacy work such as scrapbooking, letter-writing (where I assist the client to write letters, or simply take dictation for them) or story-collecting, etc. Through these legacy-building activities, my clients’ remaining time is filled with meaning. They can pass down those memories and stories which matter most to them and their beloved ones, and/or collect pearls of wisdom into a single place if desired, or perhaps collect personal poetry, other writings or even treasured recipes into a family heirloom. Other legacy activities such as video recordings, memory quilts and photo albums are a few other possibilities!
